In the summer of 2017, the KNOX DOUGH journey began.
Knox Dough began as a mobile food truck with the owner, Janet, having big dreams of moving to a brick and mortar store. The next big step was to create recipes for cookie dough without eggs and with a heat-treated flour to keep the dough delicious and safe to eat! This was the fun part!
After one year in a mobile food truck, Knox Dough opened its doors in 2018 in Knoxville!
Since then we have met so many wonderful people and have expanded our menu!
Knox Dough now offers rolled ice cream infused with cookie dough (a top seller), shakes, floats, bubble waffles, and pizza cones!
Now you can cure your sweet tooth from the mobile food unit or their store located in, you guessed it, Knoxville!

Made fresh to order! Cream of ice cream with a scoop of your choice of cookie dough flavor infused in, frozen, and rolled, then topped with choice of toppings. Made in front of you!
Your choice of cookie dough blended with the cream of ice cream as well as hand-scooped ice cream, whipped topping, and of course, a cherry on top! Yummy!
We make over 30 flavors of gourmet edible cookie dough. We do rotate flavors, therefore we possibly could have different flavors at the shop and on the mobile unit.
Pizza in the shape of a cone! The cone is pizza crust and you choose your sauce plus toppings.
Love a waffle? Love a funnel cake? Then you have to try our newest item ~ the bubble waffle! Order it plain or with a sampling of our menu items on top! A loaded waffle includes ~ bubble waffle topped with a smaller size rolled ice cream, cookie dough scoop, and two toppings! Yum!
Our cookie dough is egg-free and we use a heat-treated flour in our recipes. Our products may contain: milk, wheat, and soy. Mix-ins may contain: eggs, wheat, soy, milk, corn syrup, and nuts. Some mix-ins have been processed in a manufacturing facility with nut products. We, however, do not add any nut ingredients.
